SUBSTANCE: view-panel has carrier with fibrous light guides instilled in carrier so that its faces are placed at carrier surface but fibrous light guides other ends are placed in cylindrical holes inside carrier. These other ends are worked out polished or grinned with curved surface or flat one with respect to desirable light effect of face reflection color.
