FIELD: devices for digital recording and reproduction. SUBSTANCE: device has encoder, main and additional channels for recording, storing and reading of information, synchronization and control unit, start-stop control unit, marker processing unit. In addition device has four multiplexers, two AND gates, pause code generator, inverter, threshold voltage generator, comparator, four switch elements, low-band filter, amplifier, three OR gates, and eight demultiplexers. Variable information is stored in main channel and often repeating information is stored in additional channel. Device provides separate access to memory units of both channels. Thus device provides serial recording and random access reading of speech information according to given algorithm. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 6 dwg
