FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: device has a metal body with its upper part fabricated for attachment on the heel. The device has three walls forming an open rectangle in cross-section. The lower part follows the heel shape, and it has guiding flanges for engagement with a recess in a detachable heel-tap. The recess is on the tap side surface, and its size matches that of the flanges. The tap fixation device located on the heel end-face is one piece with the body lower part. The device is a couple of flaps with a means for their engagement. The width of each flap is 0.3-0.7 of height of the tap. The fixation device allows the tap to be replaced.
