FIELD: solid waste processing.

SUBSTANCE: device intended for arranging container sites for collecting solid waste, used mainly for placement in house, courtyard, office and other areas. The module for collecting solid municipal waste includes a prefabricated housing for installing at least one container, comprising a base with a ramp in the front part, side and rear walls, a roof, swing doors installed by means of hinges and equipped with a lock and closed position latches located at the top and bottom on the inner surface of swing doors along the ledge line. The module contains waste collection windows made on hinged doors, and guides for positioning the container, mounted on the side walls of the prefabricated housing on its inner side. The side and rear walls of the module are made of aluminum or steel composite panels, and the prefabricated body contains front and rear racks made of a bent profile of an L-shaped cross section with longitudinal grooves along the edges of the walls to the height of the racks. The grooves in the rear racks are designed for securing the rear and side walls, one groove in the front racks is intended for installing swing doors using mortise 5-axis hinges, and the other groove, located on the other wall of the L-shaped profile of this rack, is intended for securing the side walls. In this case, upper and lower spring latches are used as locks for the closed position, located on the inner surface of one of the swing door leaves at the top and bottom along the ledge line. The upper spring latch is made to interact with the crossbar with the roof, and the lower one - with the lower stop installed on the base ramp. Moreover, access to the crossbar of the upper spring latch is protected from the outside by the wall of the swing door, and from the inside by a lining, and the crossbar of the lower spring latch is protected from the outside by the wall of the swing door, and from the inside by the body of the lower stop, made of a U-shaped section with a visor on the upper wall, equipped with a through slot hole for installing the lower spring latch bolt. The lock that secures the swing doors in the closed position is installed under the waste collection windows on one leaf with spring latches and is equipped with one key used to close/open the lock and spring latches. Waste collection windows are located in the upper part of the swing doors with an offset to the line of the ledge with the possibility of forming a single window when both waste collection windows are opened simultaneously. Waste collection windows are made with hinged covers, fixed above the waste collection windows from the inside of the prefabricated body by means of 2 pairs of hinges formed by coaxially located lugs connected in pairs by a metal axis, providing the ability to freely tilt the covers inside the prefabricated casing when force is applied to them from the outside and return independently under the influence of force of gravity to the original position with emphasis on damping sound-suppressing inserts fixed on the surface of the linings located in the lower part of the waste collection windows from inside the prefabricated housing.

EFFECT: invention makes it difficult and eliminates the possibility of opening, damaging and stealing containers from the module, reducing the metal consumption of the module design, which reduces transportation costs and increases the service life of the module, as well as creating a more comfortable device for users that does not produce noise and stench.
