FIELD: medicinal engineering. SUBSTANCE: chamber has pressure-tight envelope 1 for placing patient, input line 2 with choke 3 and meter 4 provided with a cuff 6 located inside internal space 5 of the chamber, rubber vessel 7 and pressure follower 8 disposed outside the chamber. Four membranes 14 -17 are disposed in casing of pressure follower 8 onto rod 9 by means of rigid centers 10-13. These membranes form partitions inside the follower which divide internal space of the follower to five chambers 18-22. Rod 9 is provided with valve 23 disposed inside chamber 18, the rod is used for connecting chamber 18 with inner space 5 of the chamber by means of lines 24 and 25. Membranes 14-17 are made to have effective areas according to relations F15=F17, where F is unbalanced area of valve 23 and F16=F14+F15 are effective areas of membranes 14-17 correspondingly. Gas pressure in chambers 18-22 of the follower acts on membranes 14-17, moreover, forces of pressure are directed into different dimensions and total force is equal to zero. A doctor which takes place outside the chamber creates pressure in the vessel which is equal to pressure in cuff 6 during whole treatment of hyperbaric oxygenating.
