FIELD: pneumatic and hydraulic control systems. SUBSTANCE: second shut-off member is secured on the rod opposite to the first one relative to the partition for shutting off the passage with the second diaphragm on the side of under-diaphragm chamber. Hollow plug is mounted coaxially relative to the second shut-off member forming (together with partition) tight inner chamber which is brought in communication with third connecting pipe union made on the housing. Through holes are made in the housing partition in parallel with the rod. Holes connect under-diaphragm chambers and are located on the outside relative to the plug. Holes receive the uprights which are used for interconnection of the diaphragm rigid centres. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 9 cl, 1 dwg
