FIELD: coke industry. SUBSTANCE: anthracene fraction is mixed with naphthalene-containing oil having boiling away temperature 205-230 C. The process is followed by cooling thus prepared mixture to 40-55 C, uncrystallized liquid phase being separated at relieved pressure. Solid phase is heated to 85-90 C simultaneously with freshly prepared liquid phase separation. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 tbl
