FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device has body separated by screen partition into chamber of initial suspension and filtrate chamber provided with mud inlet and outlet, and cuttings outlet. Installed inside initial suspension chamber is pusher rigidly connected with body. Vibration of lower cone piston results in pressing of settled cuttings by pusher to reduce their water content. Connected with cuttings outlet is pipe with discharging appliance at its end. All system is fastened to frame installed on shock absorbers. Vibration of piston, closing cone chambers from opposite sides, exerted on mud flow promotes separation of cuttings from mud, and vibration of pusher relative to zone of cuttings settling in conical part of lower piston assists in compaction and removal of cuttings. EFFECT: higher degree of dewatering of cuttings and reduced losses of drilling mud. 1 dwg
