FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has microwave generator connected in series with decoupler and radiator. The generator is provided with frequency scanning unit. Receiving aerial is mounted in the same surface as the radiator and is connected in series with detector section, amplifier and registrar. Output of the attenuator is connected to decoupler and input is connected with second input of detector section. Device permits to measure amplitude and frequency spectrum of oscillations as well as effective size of oscillating object which is disposed at some distance from the device in real-time scale.
