FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: stand has transmission 1, drive 2 and loader made in form of electric brake 3. Output of constant voltage adjustable source 4 is connected with excitation wining of brake 3. Moment detector 5 is mounted onto driven shaft of tested transmission 1, as well as rotation frequency detector 6, differentiating circuit 7 which has output connected with relay amplifier 8 made of two transistors 9 and 10. Winding of relay 12 is connected to collector of transistor 10. Terminal 12 of relay 11 is connected to power circuit of winding of electric timing device 13. Input of differentiating circuit 7 is connected to rotation frequency detector 6. When turning drive 2 on signal is induced in the output of differentiating circuit 7. This signal is proportional to differential of rotation frequency. This signal turns the first transistor 9 on and turns transistor 10 off. Current begins to flow in the winding 11 of relay. Relay operates and turns electric timing device 13 by terminal 12. Electric timing device 13 stops when change in rotation frequency disappears.
