FIELD: motor transport. SUBSTANCE: bench has drive and electric brake with two field windings kinematically coupled with shafts of gearbox to be tested, torque pickup kinematically coupled with gearbox main shaft, first recorder, second recorder, first, second and third controlled DC sources and load regulator of two-channel design. First channel of load regulator has first adder whose first input is connected to output of torque ripple filter. Second input of adder is connected to first controlled DC source, first recorder being connected to DC source output. Adder output is connected to micromotor control winding through amplifier. Output shaft of micro motor is connected to controller of second controlled DC source through reduction gear. Second channel of load regulator has second adder whose first input is connected to output of torque pickup through rms deviation detector unit. Second input of adder is connected to third controlled DC source, second recorder being connected to output of third controlled DC source. Output of second adder is connected to control winding of second micromotor through amplifier. Output shaft of micromotor is connected through second reduction gear with random signal converter regulator whose input is connected to output of random signal source. First field winding of electric brake is connected to output of second controlled DC source, and second field winding of electric brake is connected to output of random signal converter.
