FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves steps of placing a mouth-closed fluoroplastic test glass loaded with arsine in the quartz chamber, decomposing the arsine to finely divided amorphous arsenic, concentrating impurities on a carbonic collector by sublimating the arsenic in the form of oxide in the reactor-evaporator at 533-553 K in a flow of oxygen, supplied at rate 0.6-0.1 l/min and pressure 0.10-0.18 atm. EFFECT: more accurate test results. 5 dwg, 4 tbl
