SUBSTANCE: invention concerns to analytical chemistry with reference to an environmental contamination estimate. The method lies in transfer of each of spotting devices in corresponding hydrides by their restoration in analysed test by an intermixture containing 40-50% solution of potassium iodide, 10-30% solution of ascorbic acid, a 4 M solution of hydrochloric acid and zinc metal, stripping the formed hydrides in the beginning through the absorbing mesh containing spirit a solution partially oxidised diphenylcarbazide and then through the absorbing mesh consistently associated to the first mesh containing photogenerated iodine, thus in the first absorbing mesh stripping carry out before change of colouring of an absorbing solution in which then spot the antimony content on change a mesh, an optical density, stripping through the second absorbing cell containing photogenerated iodine, carry out before reduction of quantity of the iodine, fixed amperometrically on change of a current intensity in a mesh, with the subsequent irradiation light of an absorbing solution to initiating value of iodine and on change of a current intensity and time of generation of iodine in a mesh judge quantity of arsenic in test.
EFFECT: sensitivity increase, acceleration and analysis simplification.
