Signal inputs of gate signal former and pulse former are connected with corresponding outputs of motion dynamic unit. Threshold input of gate signal former is connected with corresponding output of control unit. Ancillary input of pulse former is connected with permit output of cab measuring detector unit. As this unit the signal input of back pass switch may be used or integrity of signal inputs of gear switch and neutral of switch lever which are integrated through OR gate.
