FIELD: telemetry. SUBSTANCE: procedure of frequency measurement in boundaries of any radiopulse by means of periodometer is changed for procedure of detection of radiopulses which are not overlapped during period of time with known number of basic frequency gradations when background is presented. For the purpose, the unit of band filters, unit of threshold elements and code forming unit are introduced into receiving part of the device. Unit of band filters has N = 2n, where n is number of digits of code, which is used for presenting telemetric data of band filters, each of which is tuned to single of N possible and apriori known frequencies, which are formed by transmitter by means of frequency synthesizer and demultiplexer. Parallel codes of telemetric channel enter address input of demultiplexer. Necessary frequency deviation is set by corresponding frequency separation at N outputs of frequency synthesizer. Transmitting part of the device has input register, synchronization unit, AND gate, OR-NOT gate, OR gate, the second AND gate, the second detector, demultiplexer, frequency synthesizer, generators, power amplifier. Receiving part of the device has phase-lock control receiver, amplitude restrictor, frequency multiplier, mixer, local oscillator, amplitude detector, integrator, comparator, synchronization unit, band-pass filter unit, threshold element unit, register, code forming unit provided with detectors, registration unit, time restoring unit provided with decoders and a flip-flop.
