SUBSTANCE: method provides for manufacture of cylindrical shell 1, cylinder neck 3 with inner conical and outer cylindrical threadings, upper bottom and lower bottom 2, connection of the details, manufacture of a cap with inner cylindrical threading. The cylinder neck is made as a cylindrical multistage detail with different diameters at its ends, one of which corresponds to the inner diameter of the cap, and the shell is deformed until a hole, corresponding to the diameter of the other end of the cylinder neck appears.
