FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: balloon manufacturing method involves production of a liner from hardened glass, winding of flexible material on it in radial direction, one of the said material's surfaces is made from adhesive substance and the other one - from antiadhesive substance. A bottom with a neck shall be laid over the liner. One end of the flexible material is to be led out through the hole in the liner and the neck, and a pressure shell is formed around its whole surface by spiral radial-diagonal winding of composite material with a binder being used, then hardening follows, the liner is crushed and its fragments are removed from the balloon cavity.

EFFECT: invention allows for simplified manufacturing procedure, reduced cost price and weight of balloon, and provides for non-shatterable destruction of the balloon.
