FIELD: vehicle propulsive devices. SUBSTANCE: propulsive device has Chebyshev link-and-lever mechanism which, in turn has crank 1, connecting rod 2, rockers 3. Eccentric 4 is rigidly connected to crank 1 and is pivotally connected to one end of angular lever 8 through horizontal link 5 which, in turn, has an enlarged journal, additional rocker 4 and vertical link 7. The middle part of lever 8 is hinged to a body, and the other end of lever 8 is pivotally connected to rocker 3. When cranks 1 and 4 are rotated angular lever 8 lifts connecting rod 2 through roller 3 so as to move its end connected to a support on the bearing section of the trajectory approximately uniformly.
