FIELD: vehicle propulsive devices. SUBSTANCE: propulsive device has a drive crank 1 and link 2 which pivotally connects it to crank 3. Crank 3 is pivotally connected to connecting rod 4 which middle part is pivotally connected to a body through rocker 5. The free end of connecting rod 4 is pivotally connected to the middle part of lever 6 which lower end is pivotally connected to a support, and the upper end - to the body through additional rocker 7. At uniform rotation of drive crank 1 the lower end of lever 6 uniformly moves through the bearing section of the trajectory. Lever 6 is in contact with the ground for half the cycle.
