Partitioner is made in the form of disk with a conical part 4 and tube 5, connected from below to the middle part of the partitioner. Fixed on top side of the partitioner gas chamber 6 has central tube 7 with reverse valve and windows 9 in its lower part. The disk has hermetic cup 11.
