FIELD: public utilities. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a base, on which vertical curvilinear guides are fixed. A carriage with collecting capacity with a rope-block drive for its movement is mounted on the guides. Fixed stopper for engagement with transporting mean and supporting rollers for the transporting mean wheels supporting are mounted on the base. A supporting platform is mounted on supporting rollers. The supporting platform is moved due to the transporting mean wheels and is connected with rope end of the rope-block drive. EFFECT: apparatus is used in municipal services. 1 dwg
