FIELD: repair of rail tracks. SUBSTANCE: tie renewal device has telescopic beam mounted on machine frame. Fitted on fixed section of beam are supports for thrust engagement with heads of rails of repaired rail track. On telescopic section of beam extended by hydraulic cylinder tie grips are mounted. Installed on end of telescopic beam opposite to grips is tie pusher which can be turned by hydraulic cylinders in vertical plane and moved along telescopic beam. Device has hydraulic cylinder control system with non-return valve and two four-line three-position control valve units by means of which combined or separate motion of grips and pusher is provided.
