FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: building includes foundation and skeleton of frames with twin-branch columns and brace, lattice gantry beams with braces, upper and lower belts, girders, ties, framework structures, guards. Inner branch of each frame column is installed with inclination inside building, and its height and cross-section area exceeds height and cross-section area of outer branch. Supporting surface of cap of inner branch is located at angle to horizontal equal to angle between axes of column branches. Column brace is connected with its one end to cap of outer branch, and, with its other end, to middle third of height of inner branch. Gantry beam is made of two halves with inclined upper and lower belts. Distance between belts reduces towards inner end face of gantry beam halves. Each gantry beam half rests with its lower belt on column both branches. Skeleton has tension bars, ones of which are parallel to frames and connect girders, and the others are located along skeleton and connect outer branches of columns.
