FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to method, load-bearing components from material of higher yield point are incorporated in load-bearing reinforcement of at least part of monolithic and/or sectional and/or sectional-monolithic sections which also take bending loads in sections of buildings, structures and/or their components and/or their joints and units and/or structures in zones corresponding to epure of bending moments for most unfavorable design static and/or dynamic actions within range which exceeds their maximal values and extending in both directions to at least 1/3 of their maximal value. At least in zone incorporating maximal bending moment and limited within intervals of bending moment values from maximal to three third of its maximal value in both directions, relation of amount of armature from material of higher yield point to total amount of load-bearing reinforcement in each cross-section is assumed to be as not less than 10%.
