FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: flow governor has body 1 in which bottom 5 there is made central hole 4 of valve seat resting against spring 8 with rod 10. Narrowing device is formed with truncated cone 15 and bottom 5 of body. Truncated cone is sensitive element. Middle part of rod is placed in flow seal 13 where hydraulic discharge chamber 6 of valve and valve space are located. Valve is provided with by-pass having throttles of constant 19 and variable 20 cross-sections installed with the flow. Chamber is connected to by-pass downstream from throttle 19. Horizontal perforated partition 17 is positioned between inlet branch pipe and valve. EFFECT: improved accuracy of control, reliability and efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
