FIELD: computer technology. SUBSTANCE: test former has pseudo-random code generator 1, random sequence generator 2. test outputting multiplexer 3, control unit 4. Sequence of commands and data which is got in the output of test former has to be pseudo-random sequence of regular subprograms, possibility of emergency of these subprograms is described by simply connected Markov chain. Codes of commands are generated by generator 2. Data and addresses of the command are generated either generator 1, or generator 2. Combination of regular and random test effects causes increases in completeness of tests to be formed and reduction of control time.
