FIELD: guard systems. SUBSTANCE: device has sensitive member 1, ac voltage generator 5, h. f. amplifier 10, lower frequency filter 12, threshold unit 15 connected in series with actuating unit 16, differential transformer 6, sync detector 11, high frequency filter 13 and d. c. amplifier 14. Sensitive member is made in form of a flat capacitor connected with subject under guard by means of isolating adhesive tape. Plates of two-electrode flat capacitor are connected to point which have practically the same potential of voltage. Such a design provides forming of detection zone of the device directed to the side of subject under guard only. EFFECT: improved tactical reliability. 1 dwg
