SUBSTANCE: aerial includes flexible restoring conductor in the form of spiral which one end is linked to excitation terminal end the other end is connected to flat metal plate which width is commensurable to its length. Capability for change of pitch of winding and length of spiral conductor and of orientation of metal plate make it possible to tune aerial to required length of wave (TV channels from 1 to 12) and polarization of aerial.
