FIELD: pulse equipment. SUBSTANCE: time relay has two voltages dividers, each composed of current setting element and capacitor, comparison circuit built on transistors, for instance, connected by scheme of equivalent of two-base diode and linked to outputs of voltage dividers. Inputs of voltage dividers are coupled to supply wires and load is placed in series with capacitive input of at least one of voltage dividers. Input wire is connected to output of one of voltage dividers. For expansion of modes of dependences of time delays on duration of starting signal time relay is provided with current-limiting element and additional input wire connected through current-limiting element to common coupling point of capacitive input of one of voltage dividers with load. EFFECT: expanded modes of dependence of time delays on duration of starting signal. 5 dwg
