SUBSTANCE: time relay comprises equivalent of two-base diode on measuring and auxiliary transistors 1, 2, basic capacitor 3, charging current-setting element 6 of capacitor 3, univibrator 7, main 12 and additional 17 input buses, voltage divider 13 placed between bus 12 and one of poles of power supply source, controlled key 9, current limiting element 19. For expansion of application field, time relay is supplemented with additional capacitor 5 connected through load between base of transistor 1 and emitter of transistor 2, bus 17 is connected to output of voltage divider 13, input of key is connected to bus 12, output of univibrator is connected through element 19 to input of key 9 and input circuit of univibrator is connected between base of transistor 1 and second pole of power supply source.
