FIELD: transmission of information by means of binary signals. SUBSTANCE: formation of duration of synchronizing cycle of code combinations of message at transmission side is carried out with equal number of characters for different communication sessions and code groups of synchronizing information are executed different for different communication sessions. At reception side before extraction of code group of synchronizing information its type and cycle duration are found first of all. Found parameters are memorized and are then used during current communication session for keeping of cycle synchronization. Device for implementation of method has control unit 1, loggers 2 and 3, comparator 4, selection unit 5, unit 6 of storages, multichannel multiplexer 7, phasing-in unit 8, decoder 9 of number of synchronization group.
