FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has gutter 1 with diaphragm 2 and air duct 3. Bottom of the gutter has inclination of 10 -13 deg. to the horizontal plane, the diaphragm is inclined to the bottom at an angle of 2 - 4 deg. . Its initial part, located in transitional chamber 5, conjugated with compressor 4 and heat generator 9, is inclined to the bottom at an angle of 12 -15 deg. . The air duct has two turning valves 8. Places of their location are chosen from ratio of distances l₁ and l₂ to axes of turning to the length L of air duct, equalled correspondingly to 0.15 - 0.22 and 0.58 - 0.66. Scales of the diaphragm have the form of right angled terraces, spaced one from another by 17 -20 mm along the diaphragm and by 5 = 7 mm transverse it. EFFECT: apparatus provides to carry out seed treatment by cold and warm air in regime of seed layer floating on the diaphragm and in regime of fluidizability. 3 cl, 3 dwg
