FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises air-water tank 3 with inlet 6 and outlet 5 valves. The latter valve has a closed working space arranged above its flow-through portion which provides for pressing the disc of outlet valve 5 against its seat when compressed gas supply is turned off . The valve is opened by compressed spring after discharge of water into atmosphere and by residual pressure of 0.2-0.3 MPa in tank 3. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
