SUBSTANCE: apparatus has water-air tank, boom with cut-off member in the form of rigid air chamber and membrane, which forms space in chamber, communicating with atmosphere through dump valve and with compressed air source through check valve. This ensures reduction of resistance to liquid flow in cut-off member when no dynamic load is applied to membrane at moment of its closing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of apparatus operation. 3 dwg
