FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: incubator has heater with series-connected sections 2,3, which are normally connected to ac circuit (220 volt), and additional section 6 designed for low- frequency power supply. When alternating current is in the circuit, sections 2,6 of heater heat inner space of incubator, with voltage of section 3 being taken-off and supplied to input of rectifier 5. Accumulator 8 is recharged by rectified current. Section 3 is shunted by section 6, whose active resistance is far less. When predetermined temperature is reached, section 6 is switched-off by contact 7 of temperature regulator. As a result heat power of section 2 is reduced. In case of emergency switching of ac circuit, incubator chamber is heated by heater 6 from low-frequency source-accumulator 8. EFFECT: provision for faultless maintaining of predetermined temperature in incubator and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
