Device has a housing, swirl chamber 4 located within the housing, tangentially directed inlet channels 5 and tangential outlet channel 6 formed on housing 1. The device furthermore is provided with vacuum chamber 2. During operation vacuum is produced and a cup effect occurs in vacuum chamber 2. The device is provided with replaceable vacuum chambers made in the form of a circle or ellipse. The cavity of swirl chamber 4 is exponentially widening to increase vacuum in the vacuum chamber.
