FIELD: cleaning equipment. SUBSTANCE: membrane tubular element has body, supporting framework, throttling rings, vortex generator, drain device with backing and semipermeable membrane, collectors for injection of separated mixture and withdrawal of filtrate and concentrate. Vortex generator is manufactured in the form of bushing with grooves in inner cylindrical surface and is installed with clearance under membrane shutting drain device assembled on supporting framework from washers having protrusions of recesses on their face surfaces which form crossing conduits to take off filtrate. Throttling rings are positioned on collectors of input of separated mixture and withdrawal of filtrate. EFFECT: simplified design, improved efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
