FIELD: roll-type membrane devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of roll-type membrane devices. A roll-type electrobaromembrane apparatus, consisting of an apparatus body made of a dielectric material, a perforated tube serving to supply the initial solution and divided into two sections of the same volume along the entire length by a vertical partition, retentate removal collectors, polymeric perforated partitions with perforation in three rows of holes in staggered along the entire length, on which drainage grids are sequentially laid - cathode and anode, membrane substrates, near-cathode and near-anode membranes, glued to the inner part of the half-cylinders of the apparatus body, collectors for withdrawing the near-cathode and near-anode permeate formed by the space between the half-cylinders of the apparatus body, the apparatus body and polymer perforated partitions located at angles (pi/4), and (3pi/4), and (-pi/4), and (-3pi/4), respectively, from the horizontal axis at the point of attachment to the body of the apparatus, drainage grids - the cathode and anode are monopolar electrodes made of graphite fabric - cathode and anode or anode and cathode, depending on the "plus" or "minus" connection scheme and are connected through the hole of the polymer perforated partition with an electric wire, which is connected to the device for supplying electric current through the holes in the half-cylinders of the apparatus body, in which the sealing fillings are located, the end caps are integral for the apparatus body and the half-cylinders of the apparatus body and seal the seating surfaces through end gaskets using bolts and washers, on one side of the end surface of the half-cylinders of the apparatus body there are threaded holes, into which the nipples are screwed for the discharge of the near-cathode and anode permeate, characterized in that on the other side of the end surface of the half-cylinder of the apparatus body there are no threaded holes into which the nipples for the retentate discharge are screwed and they are located on the same side as the unions for the outlet of the near-cathode and near-anode permeate, at the same time, end caps are located on two opposite sides of the end surfaces of the apparatus body, where there are fittings for the output and input of the retentate and the initial solution, the fitting for the input and output of cooling water, the fitting for the second stage permeate withdrawal with a threaded hole, semi-permeable tubes, the permeate collector channel second stage, rubber seals of the cooling system, hollow metal tubes.
EFFECT: invention increases the area and improving the quality of separation of solutions, increases the productivity of permeate, increases the cooling capacity of the permeate.
