FIELD: pipeline cleaning. SUBSTANCE: pipe cleaning device has working member secured on front end of shaft as seen in direction of device movement. Mounted on shaft is working turbine for rotating working member. Tail portion of shaft carries tail cone with spring-loaded centering rollers and front guide rollers. Tail cone is provided with turbine rigidly coupled with the cone and freely seated on shaft. Vanes of this turbine are inclined oppositely to incline of vanes of working turbine intended for rotating shaft with working member. Axes of rollers mounted on tail cone are situated at an angle relative to longitudinal axis of device to provide for horizontal braking force opposite to direction of working medium flow. Besides, angle of turning of rollers relative to longitudinal axis of device ranges within 15 to 45 deg. EFFECT: improved efficiency and higher quality of pipe cleaning. 2 cl, 1 dwg
