FIELD: cleaning of main pipeline inner surfaces. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has shaft, first turbine and second turbine of smaller diameter, with both turbines being rigidly mounted on shaft. Turbines are embraced by cylindrical shell with openings. Side wall of working tool is defined by trapezium-shaped tabs curved over conical generatrix and positioned in overlapped relation one with respect to the other. Tabs are spring-biased towards side surface of cylindrical shell and secured to it with their smaller ends for angular displacement in planes perpendicular to cylindrical shell longitudinal axis. Cleaning members are fixed on larger ends of tabs. Tabs positioned outside working tool are spring-biased towards rear part of shell and tabs positioned inside working tool are spring-biased towards front part of shell. Springs are provided with brushes having cleaning members. Head incorporating cleaning members is fixed on shaft in front of working tool.
