FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bed with guides carrying carriage with pitch-setting mechanism provided with actuating cylinder. The pitch-setting mechanism is in the form of housing carrying inside the drive with controlling member and is provided with drive with piston and two screws for adjusting the spring pitch. The piston is mounted between the said screws for periodic engagement with them and is provided with groove for locating the controlling member.
