SUBSTANCE: device has working rod 4 with feed drive 5, headpiece 3 rigidly attached to working rod, disk 1 associated with headpiece through spring 2, cage 8 mounted between disk and spring and filled with balls 7, annular stop 12 spring-loaded relative to disk. Mounted for reciprocation in guide holes of disk 1 are columns 11. Columns are rigidly connected with annular stop. Spring-loaded gripping jaws made in the form of rockers 14 with rollers 17 are pivotally secured on disk for engagement with annular stop through rollers 17. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
