FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: peephole has a cylindric housing. Glass and space for cooling water are built in the housing. The flat end of the scraper made up as a disk is received in the arc-like groove made in the housing from the side of the glass. The opposite spherical face is received in the opening made in the rocker secured to a carrier. The carrier is mounted inside the separate water-cooled housing. The spring is mounted on the carrier inside the housing. The one end of the spring abuts against the housing through the guiding bushing and thrust bearing. The opposite end of the spring abuts against the pin coupled to the rocker through rod coaxial to the carrier and sharpened nut with washer fitted on the rod. One of the ends of the rod has opening. The pin is received in the groove of the carrier and opening in the rod. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 3 dwg
