FIELD: handling engineering. SUBSTANCE: monorail track is made in the form a vertically mounted I-beam with upper and lower shelves. The lower shelves are made with thicknesses on their ends for positioning running wheels of the handling device on them. The thicknesses face the side opposite to location of the running wheels and are located to form a slot in between along the longitudinal axis of the monorail track. An additional wheel is made as a drive wheel, and the running wheels are driven. The upper shelves may be made with thicknesses on their ends and used for positioning the upper shelves on the bottom.
