SUBSTANCE: enzyme is incorporated into the gel structure containing albumin, glutaric dialdehyde, sodium azide and, additionally, complex of copper with histidine Cu(His) is added (concentration is 0.5-1.5 mg/ml). Activity of immobilized enzyme is increased by 3.6-4.6-fold, stability is increased also (inactivation for 4 months is only 30% as compared with complete loss activity of enzyme immobilized by known method).
