A platform is mounted on the frame for longitudinal movement on frame guides under the action of a hoist. A base is made in the form of a cantilever telescopic frame mounted for movement relative to the platform on guides lying in its plane in the direction parallel to the plane of rotation of the frame. The base has guides lying in its plane and oriented perpendicularly to the guides of the platform. A feed mechanism is mounted for movement in the base guides.
