FIELD: drilling. SUBSTANCE: converter has body 1, light source 2 and photodetector 4 installed in it, spherical chamber 5 located between them. Chamber includes float 6 having shape of disc with spherical outer surface and cylindrical hole 7 in the middle. Chamber 5 is filled with two transparent liquids 8 and 9 which do not mix. Light flux source 2 comes to photodetector 4 through hole 7 in float. Area of light getting to photodetector 4 is determined by zenithal angle of body. EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurement of spatial position of drill holes. 4 dwg
