FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: central part of rock mass of interchamber pillar is caved in and shrinked inside U-shaped spatial structure which is formed from fencing pillars on side of adjacent worked out spaces and ceiling. After cutting of U-shaped structure from rocks of hanging and lying sides it is moved along vertical by layer-by-layer breaking of ore of fencing pillars and release of shrinked ore. Fouling of ore with breaking of stumps of U-shaped structure is prevented with ore junctions formed in advance with bed of interchamber pillar. EFFECT: improved efficiency when developing steeply dipping seams. 3 dwg
