FIELD: rocket engineering. SUBSTANCE: starting apparatus has case 1 with inlet 2 and outlet 3 branch pipes. The case is provided with cutting-off valve 5 provided with a piston, flow rate stabilizer 8, block of control valve 14 and by-pass valve 19 with pistons, and electromagnet 12. Cutting-off valve 5 is provided with step-like opening 20 having a filter of fine purifying 15 and cutter 24. A row of spaces 28,29,30 are formed in the case from the side of the outlet branch pipe. The spaces are separated with cylindrical coaxial baffles 31,32. Space 28 is provided with by-pass piston 27, space 29 is provided with cutting-off piston 35, and space 30 is in communication with outlet pipe line 3 through passages 33.
