FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: cams 4 and 5 are mounted with phase shift relative to each other at an angle of 180. Driven wheel 2 is made in the form of a shaft, and the mechanism has bush 9 with splines. A connecting member is made in the form of double-arm lever 10 which roller 11 engages with auxiliary cam 6, and controllable gear clutches 12 which drive clutch members are used for engagement with the splines of the bushes. Rotation of shaft 2 is transferred by cams 5 and 6 which profiles displace double-arm levers 10 through rollers. The bushes are turned and torque is transferred from them to the drive clutch members.
